Return & Exchange Policy

At Crown Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% happy, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, please note that items that have been altered in any way, including altered by us (e.g., engraved, set, sized, or changed in any way), are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

To request a return shipping label and generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your purchase, simply fill out our Online Return Form. A fully insured free return label will be sent to your registered email address. Each customer is eligible for two free return labels per order.

You cannot return or exchange products that are:

  • Damaged, modified, or already worn by you.
  • Not listed on our website or specially crafted as per your request.
  • Altered in any way, including altered by us (e.g., engraved, set, resized, or changed in any way).

All items must be returned along with any free gift(s) provided in the original packaging. Once we receive your package, it will take up to 7 business days to process your return or exchange request. All returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, and additional charges may apply based on the condition of the items or the resolution selected by you on the returns portal. We will notify you of any such charges before processing your request.

Manufacturing Defects

In the case of a manufacturing defective product, Crown Jewelry will accept all returns. We request that the customer alert Crown Jewelry to any defective product within 48 hours of package delivery.

Important Instructions for Returns:

  • If you use our box to send the package back, please do not mark out, peel off, or destroy the license plate barcode on the side of the box in any way.
  • If you use your own packaging to send the merchandise back, please make a copy of the barcode on the packing slip and affix it to your packaging.
  • If neither the license plate nor the packing slip barcode is on the box, an additional $25 return fee will be charged.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is processed, the refund, excluding shipping charges, will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take between 8 to 12 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

For partial order returns, we will refund you for the returned items only. In case you fail to return the free gift, the amount listed for that particular product on our website will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges

Pack Your Jewelry Securely: Please ensure that you pack your item(s) in either the original product box or a sturdy alternative. Include a note inside the package with your name and order number. Specifically mention whether you require an exchange, return for refund, or product resizing/repair.

All returns must have an RMA number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Items sent without an RMA number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted. For security reasons, avoid mentioning “Crown Jewelry” on the outside of the box.

Insure Your Return Shipment

We strongly recommend that you insure your shipment for its full purchase value. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Repair

If your repair request is raised within 30 days of delivery, there will be no charges for the repair or shipping. You can get your free shipping label through the Repair/Resize portal by choosing ‘Repair’ as the resolution.

If you have crossed the 30-day window, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team. You will have to bear the shipping charges both ways, along with insurance.

  • Re-polishing and cleaning of jewelry
  • Gemstone or diamond tightening
  • Rhodium re-plating
  • Ring resizing

Shipping

Domestic: Once the package is in transit, rerouting to an alternate address will not be possible. The shipping charges for all services will be your responsibility. To ensure the safety of the product, you have two options: pay $35 (plus taxes) for a one-way insured shipping label or handle the shipping and insurance yourself. Either way, re-shipping costs will be covered by us.

International: International returns, return shipping, and insurance will be your responsibility. To ensure the safety of the product, you can either pay for shipping with insurance or request an insured shipping label. A one-way insured shipping label will cost you $50.
