Product Availability
While we make every effort to maintain the accuracy of product availability, items may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If a product is out of stock or no longer available after you have placed your order, Crown Jewelry reserves the right to cancel your order without penalty, even if you have received an order confirmation. You will be notified promptly, and if payment has been processed, a refund will be issued.
For items on back order, you may contact us at (888) 533-4901 to inquire about restock dates. If an item becomes unavailable before we update the website, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
Pricing
Crown Jewelry strives to provide accurate pricing information, but occasionally errors may occur. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for incorrectly priced items. If your order has already been shipped, you agree to either return the item or pay the price difference between the charged and correct prices. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Crown Jewelry does not negotiate prices, and all prices are final.
Payment Information
When placing an order on the Site, you will be prompted to provide payment details, such as credit card information or other payment methods available (e.g., PayPal). By submitting your payment information, you authorize Crown Jewelry to charge the amount of the order to your selected payment method.
Diamond Certificates
All loose diamonds purchased from Crown Jewelry come with a diamond grading report. These reports are detailed documents created by experts and must be returned with any returned diamonds. Failure to include the grading report with your return will result in a replacement fee of $250.
Comparison Purchasing
To maintain fair pricing and inventory management, Crown Jewelry does not allow comparison purchasing. This practice, which involves purchasing multiple items with the intent of keeping one and returning the others, is not permitted. If you have questions about a product, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in making an informed decision.
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and measurements, but some variations may occur. Due to differences in monitor settings, colors and details may appear differently on your screen than in person. Crown Jewelry is not responsible for such discrepancies.
All product dimensions, including carat weight and gemstone size, are subject to industry-standard tolerances. Slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.
Ethical Sourcing
Crown Jewelry is committed to sourcing diamonds and gemstones through ethical channels. We adhere to the Kimberley Process to ensure that our diamonds are conflict-free and sourced from reputable suppliers.

Mobile Terms of Service
The Crown Jewelry mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Crown Jewelry (“Crown Jewelry”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Crown Jewelry’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Crown Jewelry through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Crown Jewelry. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 888-533-4901 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Crown Jewelry mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Marketing and Customer Service Communications via Text Message
Enrollment
By enrolling in Crown Jewelry's text messaging program, you are providing prior express written consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing or customer service text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS). These messages may include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders, order updates, customer service requests, feedback surveys, cart reminders, special offers, and product discounts. Text messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provide or any other number you designate. Enrollment in our text messaging program is not a condition for purchasing any products or services. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and have the consent of the wireless account holder to receive these messages and pay for any related charges.

Message Frequency
While Crown Jewelry typically sends four to eight marketing or service-related messages per month, we reserve the right to adjust the frequency at any time. You may receive more or fewer messages depending on the program you are enrolled in. Crown Jewelry also reserves the right to change the phone number or shortcode from which messages are sent and will notify you if such a change occurs. Not all devices or carriers may be supported, and delivery of messages may depend on effective transmission by your carrier.
Crown Jewelry, its service providers, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The responsibility for ensuring message delivery lies with the mobile network. It is also your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date. Certain mobile features may not be supported by your carrier, which could restrict your ability to receive messages.
Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting the keyword “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT” to the number from which the messages are being sent. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message confirming your request to unsubscribe. Please note that our messaging system may not respond to unsubscribe requests that do not use one of the recognized keywords mentioned above. Crown Jewelry and its service providers will not be held liable for failing to process requests made using unrecognized keywords.
Updating Your Information
If your mobile number changes or you deactivate your number, please contact Crown Jewelry to update your information. Failure to do so may result in the continued delivery of messages to the wrong recipient.

CROWN JEWELRY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS.
Limitation of Liability
