Box Chains

Box chains use squared links to create a regular geometric profile. Compare millimeter width and finished length first, then review whether the chain is straight, twisted, diamond-cut, or finished in another stated way. Fine box chains can suit small pendant openings, while wider versions create more visible structure, but compatibility depends on the end piece and clasp as well as the chain body. Confirm metal and fineness, exact length, width, finish, clasp type, construction, weight where provided, and whether the item is a necklace or bracelet length. Spring-ring and lobster clasps operate differently, and a twisted or diamond-cut surface changes appearance without adding diamond stones. If the chain is intended for a pendant, compare the end cap and clasp with the bail opening before ordering.
