Crown Jewelry is working toward an online experience aligned with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification.

Our approach

We review keyboard navigation, focus visibility, headings, form labels, alternative text, color contrast, zoom and reflow, motion controls, and compatibility with common assistive technologies. Third-party services and older content can introduce barriers, and we prioritize issues that block browsing, understanding product information, or completing an order.

We can also help provide product information and ordering assistance through an alternative channel when reasonably possible.
