How to request service
- Contact us with clear photos, the item description, requested work, and your deadline.
- Do not ship jewelry until you receive instructions. Use secure, trackable, adequately insured delivery when shipping is approved.
- After inspection, review the written scope, estimate, timing, and any risks before authorizing work.
- Inspect and try on the piece promptly when it is returned.
Ring resizing
Simple gold or platinum bands are often resizable within a limited range. Full-eternity stones, tension settings, delicate engraving, alternative metals, very large changes, or previous repairs can limit what is safe. Resizing may affect inscriptions, plating, stone alignment, and return eligibility. The published refund policy lists resized and altered items as nonreturnable.
Common inspection points
A repair assessment may cover prongs, channels, stone security, shank thickness, clasps, hinges, chain links, solder joints, polish, and plating. A visible symptom may have more than one cause, so an accurate quote normally requires physical inspection.
