Defined by a chandelier-style drop, these earrings bring a measured vertical presence to polished 925 sterling silver. Rhodium plating gives the silver-tone surface a bright finish, while the 28 mm length and 12 mm width keep the silhouette compact and proportioned. The pair is cast as a solid design and finished with post-and-push-back closures and friction backs.
Six natural oval purple amethysts, each 4 x 3 mm, are prong set; the amethysts have been heated. Eight natural round blue iolites, 2.5 mm each, are also prong set. Six natural round diamonds provide a pavé-set accent. Their listed stone weights are 0.135 ct for amethyst, 0.054 ct for iolite, and 0.010 ct for diamonds. Together, the amethyst, iolite, and diamond details give this single, no-option style its distinctive gemstone focus.
